Mr. Yano has experience
in
designing, developing, and operating advanced diagnostic medical equipment.
His work has included developing medical equipment
requirements and specifications and demonstrating equipment performance. Scotts experience includes the design, installation, and operation of power supplies; electronic wiring schematics; and instrumentation and control equipment. He performs software programming; evaluates wireless (RF) and sound controlled equipment performance; and is involved in determining the effects of electromagnetic fields on equipment and personnel. Scott is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers), Antennas and Propagation, Vehicular Technology, and Communication Societies. |

Ms. Zinsmeister has over 30 years of vocational and life care
planning experience including vocational testing; rehabilitation
evaluations; life care planning; vocational opinions; case
management; physical rehabilitation; return to work assessments;
recruitment, supervision, and training for professional and
support personnel; and employee performance evaluations. Paula is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Case Manager, and a Certified Life Care Planner. Her professional memberships include: The International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Forensic Section; The International Academy of Life Care Planners; and The Northeast Ohio Case Management Network. |
