Our Intellectual Property
, Computers, and Document Forensics group includes professionals with hands-on
experience in the areas of computers, trademarks,
patents, and all aspects of intellectual property management, handwriting
analysis, handprints, and electronic data
discovery (EDD). Our forensic specialists employ unique skills and
resources to maximize the usefulness of electronic data. They follow
well-defined methodologies and are trained to collect evidence from a variety of
electronic devices for evidentiary value and to analyze information that
compromises the security of an organization's electronic systems.
Several of our experts have been involved with the Sedona Conference, a research and educational institute that is in the forefront of the effort to develop EDD policies. This Conference Working Group has produced "The Sedona Principles: Best Practices, Recommendations & Principles for Addressing Electronic Document Production," that offers insights and recommendations for effective and secure intellectual property management. |
