Daniel L. Berdysz
Intellectual Property Expert
Mr. Berdysz has more than 15 years experience as an Information Technology and Computer Science Professional.  Dan's expertise includes the preservation, identification, extraction, documentation and interpretation of computer data using computer forensic tools.

Dan holds a Computer and Informational Science degree from Cleveland State University, and has completed multiple computer forensic training programs.
 
Gregory M. Cancilla
Intellectual Property Expert
Mr. Cancilla has more than 6 years experience in the relatively new technology field of computer forensics and intellectual property discovery.  Greg's expertise includes the preservation, identification, extraction, documentation and interpretation of computer data using computer forensic tools.

Greg is a member of Infragard and the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA), and he holds a Certificate in  Computer Forensics Training from Oregon State University.
 
John W. Hargett, III
Forensic Document Examiner

Mr. Hargett has more than 35 years experience as a document examiner, including identification of handwriting, signatures, and hand printing; determination as to the sequence of preparation of documents or parts of documents; analysis of other features of documents that may provide information of evidentiary value.   

John is a member of the Forensic Science Society and the International Association for Identification.  He has been a Diplomat for the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners since 1980, and is certified with the US Secret Service.   He has represented the United States abroad in numerous matters regarding questioned documents, including a questioned treaty at the International Tribunal, the Hague, Netherlands.

 
David A. Leaver Forensic Computer Expert

Mr. Leaver is an experienced computer analyzer.  His experience includes preservation, identification, extraction, documentation and interpretation of computer data; corporate fraud; employee misconduct; civil divorce; pornography; suspected spoliation; digital media data recovery; video and computer services; multimedia development, duplication, and distribution; interactive media installations; data acquisition systems; automotive computer diagnostic tools; standards calibration.

David holds a Certificate of Achievement in Computer Forensic Training Course; New Technologies, Inc.; a Professional Development Certificate in Computer Forensic Training Course; Oregon State University; and a Certificate of Completion in Encase Incident Response, Forensic Analysis and Discovery Course; Guidance Software, Sterling, Virginia.

 
Ryan J. Schultz
Electrical/ Computer Expert
Mr. Schultz has nearly 10 years of software engineering experience.  He is trained in numerous software and hardware applications, including PSOS, Spider STREAMS, Linux, and Java Programming with Swing.  His experience includes computer system software and hardware defects, damage, and malfunctions, including programming troubleshooting and conformance to specifications; telecommunications software design and development; network monitoring applications, protocols, and device interoperability.  Ryan is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
 
Scott M. Yano, P.E.
Electrical and Medical
Equipment Expert

Mr. Yano has experience in designing, developing, and operating advanced diagnostic medical equipment.   His work has included developing medical equipment requirements and specifications and demonstrating equipment performance.


Scott’s experience includes the design, installation, and operation of power supplies; electronic wiring schematics; and instrumentation and control equipment.  He performs software programming; evaluates wireless (RF) and sound controlled equipment performance; and is involved in determining the effects of electromagnetic fields on equipment and personnel.
   


Scott is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers), Antennas and Propagation, Vehicular Technology, and Communication Societies.
