Mr. Christensen has over 35 years’ experience as an Attorney and Insurance Professional.  His experience and expertise includes insurance loss claims; risk management; property-liability; life-health; insurance agency operations; estate planning; special insurance problems; marketing and sale of insurance products; market conduct compliance; federal regulatory bodies; social security; tort law; ethical issues; post-claim underwriting; agent liability; term, universal, and variable life insurance policies; risk management; and employee benefits.

Burke’s book publications include McGill’s Life Insurance (1994; now in its 9th edition, 2013); The Best of Strictly Speaking (1995); McGill’s Legal Aspects of Life Insurance (1996; now in its 8th edition, 2012); Essentials of Life Insurance Products (Continuing education textbook, 2004); The Insurance Counselor Series; and editor of eight volumes of practitioner manuals on tax law and insurance published by the American Bar Association between 1990 and 1997.  He has also been published in several legal and insurance monthlys and journals and has given numerous insurance/legal speaking engagements.

William R. Feldhaus, PhD, CPCU, CLU Mr. Feldhaus has more than 40 years’ experience in the insurance field.  His experience and expertise includes Insurance losses; property damage; punitive damage; personal injury; bad faith; coverage evaluation; arbitration/mediation; auditing; risk management; loss settlements; guaranty fund assessments; hold harmless agreements; liability risk; surplus lines; environmental risk; regulations; catastrophe risk; disability benefits; workers compensation; valuation errors; cross subsidies.

Bill is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).  His professional awards include: The Professional Liability Underwriting Society Founders Award, 2009; The College of Business Administration Faculty Recognition Award for Service, 1993 & 1998; and The Harry J. Loman Foundation Research Award, 1991.

Mr. Inman has more than 20 years experience as a real estate appraiser.  His experience includes real estate transactions; property devaluations; property inspections; and US Department of HUD compliance regulations.   

Ron is a Certified Residential Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.  He is a Designated Realtor for the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and is on the HUD Lender Selection Roster of Appraisers.

William has taught Property/Liability Insurance, Heath Insurance, Life Insurance, Introduction to Risk and Insurance, Commercial Liability Insurance, and Insurance Seminars.   He has been awarded the Theodore Dreiser Distinguished Research/Creativity Award and the State Farm Foundation Doctoral Dissertation Award.  He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.  William is a member of the Editorial Board of Standard Publishing’s Risk Management Reports, the Indiana Department of Insurance Agent Licensing Initiative, is the Past President of the Western Risk and Insurance Association, is an Assistant Editor for the CPCU eJournal, and was a panelist at the 2008 American Risk and Insurance Association Annual Meeting.
